Shipping policy

All orders are shipped via USPS (United States Postal Service).

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, package size, and current USPS rates.

We offer free shipping on orders over $75.00 (after discounts, before tax).

All items are made to order.

Orders are processed within 7–14 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after your order is placed.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.

Please note: Processing time and shipping time are separate.

Once your order has been shipped, delivery times are determined by USPS and are outside of our control.

We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather conditions, or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at the time of purchase.

If your package is delayed, marked as delivered but not received, or appears to be lost, please contact USPS directly using your tracking number.

Once your order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, All That Jazz Creations is not responsible for lost, delayed, or misdelivered packages.

Local pickup is available for customers in Ellaville, GA and Americus, GA.

A delivery/pickup fee may apply based on your order and location, in accordance with our service policies.

This fee may be waived at our discretion.

You will receive an email when your order is ready.
We will coordinate a pickup or delivery location, date, and time with you directly.
