Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

Due to the customized and made-to-order nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds.

However, your satisfaction matters to us. If an error was made on our part, we will work with you to make it right.

Please ensure all order details are correct before submitting your order, as changes may not be possible after processing begins.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at info@shopallthatjazzcreations.com.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

  • Clear photos of the item
  • A description of the issue

Once reviewed, we will determine the appropriate resolution. This may include a replacement or other corrective action. In some cases, we may request that the item be returned to us at no cost to you or properly discarded.

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled or modified within one business day of purchase.

Requests must be submitted promptly via email to info@shopallthatjazzcreations.com.

After this timeframe, orders may have already entered production or materials may have been purchased. For this reason, cancellations are not guaranteed.

Once a custom or personalized order is in production, it cannot be canceled, refunded, or returned. These items are created specifically for you and cannot be resold.

If a cancellation is approved within the allowed timeframe, it will be issued as store credit.
