After this timeframe, orders may already be in production and changes are not guaranteed.

Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final.

If there is an issue with your order due to an error on our part, we will work with you to make it right.

Once your order has shipped, it is in the hands of USPS.

Do colors look exactly like the photos?

We do our best to display products accurately, but colors may vary slightly due to screen settings and materials.

Do you offer local pickup or delivery?

Yes, local pickup is available in Ellaville, GA and Americus, GA.

A delivery/pickup fee may apply and may be waived at our discretion.
